The Bid or Proposal Number must be clearly referenced on the front of your return envelope or package. Any item not received prior to the noted opening date and time will be refused.

In the event Stafford County is closed during the scheduled time(s) for a pre-bid/proposal conference of bid opening, the pre-bid/proposal conference or bid opening will occur on the next business day Stafford County is open.
