ADA Grievance Committee
The committee investigates complaints of discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by Stafford County in accordance with the County's ADA Grievance Procedures.
The committee meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M.
The Stafford Regional Airport Authority is committed to providing & promoting a safe, efficient, convenient & economically self-sustaining air transportation facility responsive to airport-user & community needs while supporting & promoting the Region’s economic growth & development.
Architectural Review Board
The ARB's chief duty is to oversee the preservation & management of the County's designated Historic Overlay Districts (HODs).
Armed Services Memorial Commission
A commission to create an armed services memorial in Stafford that would: honor the loss of Stafford’s brave sons and daughters and their families; provide a place for families and citizens to honor the fallen; and serve as a visible reminder to the public of all the men and women who gave the last full measure of devotion to their country.
Board of Social Services
The Board meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 10:30 a.m.
Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors meet the first and third Tuesday of each month.
Board of Zoning Appeals
The BZA is authorized to hear and decide appeals; grant variances & special exceptions; impose conditions on variances and special exceptions regarding location, character, and other features of the proposed structure or use as it may deem necessary in the public interest.

Community & Economic Development
Meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 12:00 p.m.
Community Policy & Management Team
The CPMT exercises all those powers and duties set forth in the Code of Virginia in Section: 2.2-5206 et seq. entitles “The Comprehensive Youth Services Act for At-Risk Youth and Families.”
Economic Development Authority
The EDA is a Board-appointed commission who assists in implementing the economic development goals of the Board of Supervisors.
Embrey Mill Community Development Authority
Finance, Audit and Budget Committee
Meets the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m.
Responsible for Identifying, Evaluating, and Preserving Stafford County’s Prehistoric and Historic Cultural Resources.
The Infrastructure Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m.
The Planning Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
Public Safety Committee
The Public Safety Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 12:00 p.m.
Rappahannock Regional Solid Waste Management Board
The R-Board strives to provide professional, courteous and intelligent solutions to the waste disposal needs of citizens in Stafford County and the City of Fredericksburg.

Technical Review Committee
Committee of governmental agency representatives with the responsibility of the technical review of subdivision plans and plats and site plans. Meets second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
The commission promotes & encourages compliance with the franchise agreements among the cable companies operating within Stafford County, reviews & advises the Board on cable television services, telecommunications, broadband & local infrastructure issues, & promotes local community programming to keep citizens informed.
Towing Advisory Boards
The Advisory Board on Law Enforcement Towing was established to monitor the towing of vehicles requested by law enforcement only. The Advisory Board on Private Trespass Towing (PT) was established to monitor the towing of vehicles on private property only.

The Utilities Commission assists in the growth and development of the county's utility systems by ensuring long-term self-sufficiency and the financial integrity of the utility enterprise fund.

The Wetlands Board is appointed by the Board of Supervisors. A wetlands permit must be acquired from the Wetlands Board in order to use or develop tidal wetlands or beaches.
