Citizens Assisting Stafford Together
 
 
CAST is a group of volunteers who serve in all areas of our local government. Without these volunteers, the county would not be able to provide the extent of services that it does. If you are interested in helping to build a strong community here in Stafford County, please download an application and return it today. You can mail of fax your application using the information below, or come by and meet us in the Administrative building. Come join the growing cast of citizens assisting their community here in Stafford today.

CAST Volunteer CAST volunteers serve in all areas of the local government. They cover areas such as customer service phone calls, walking and caring for the animals in the shelter, throwing parties for preschoolers in Parks and Recreation, directing traffic and entering information for the Sheriff’s office, creating safety plans for Fire and Rescue, inspecting buildings in Public Works, helping someone apply for a job in Human Resources, and directing people to the right courtroom in the courthouse.  Some areas, such as the Sheriff's Office and Animal Shelter, do require a background check.
