NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING STAFFORD COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Stafford County Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Board Chambers, County Administration Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, on the items listed below:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN STAFFORD COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 4, ENTITLED “AMUSEMENTS”
and
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN STAFFORD COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 9, ENTITLED “ELECTIONS”
and
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN STAFFORD COUNTY CODE, CHAPTER 10, ENTITLED “EMERGENCY SERVICES”
The proposed amendments adopt the State Code to ensure that Stafford County Code is substantially correct, legal and enforceable.
The public hearing may be continued or adjourned. A copy of the full text of the above item and related material are available for inspection in the County Administrator’s Office during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
All interested individuals are invited to attend and present oral or written comments.
