All sealed Bids are opened in public at the Purchasing Office, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, Virginia 22554.  Opening dates and times are listed below. To obtain a Bid or Proposal package by mail, please allow sufficient processing time for your request.

The Bid or Proposal Number must be clearly referenced on the front of your return envelope or package. Any item not received prior to the noted opening date and time will be refused.

Bids and Proposals are posted on our website to facilitate the submission of responses. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure all required elements are included in their submission. Addenda to any solicitation may occur prior to closing date. Downloading specifications from this site constitutes agreement that you are fully responsible to advise the County of Stafford Purchasing Office that you have obtained this document.  Failure to acknowledge all addenda may result in rejection of your submission as non-responsive. In the case of an inconsistency between information on this site and the written document, the written document shall prevail.  No electronic submissions are accepted.
