STAFFORD COUNTY MEETING NOTICE

Stafford, VA – The Stafford County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, in Conference Room ABC of the George L. Gordon, Jr., Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554.

Items to be discussed are:
• An amendment to zoning and subdivision ordinances to define data centers, their use and the types of parking standards they should have.

• A request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow automobile repair and motor vehicle rental uses on property located on the south side of Perchwood Drive, east of Tyler Von Way, within the Falmouth Election District.

• Comprehensive Plan Compliance Review for the extension of water and sewer outside of the Urban Services Area to serve up to 158 lots on Assessor's Parcel 36-67A, zoned A-1, Agricultural, located on the north side of Truslow Road, approximately 1,900 feet west of Berea Church Road within the Hartwood Election District.

Copies of the above items and related materials are on file in the Department of Planning and Zoning, in the George L. Gordon, Jr., Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford, VA 22554 and may be examined Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All interested individuals are invited to attend and present oral or written comments.
